From your first day at CDS, you will embark on a journey of personal and professional growth that stays with you throughout your career. We start you off with an assessment of who you are and where you want to go.

Thereafter, we have programs to help guide you along paths you wish to explore and ladders you wish to climb. The world is your game, and we are your coach.

  1. New to CDS

    In a one-year program, we strengthen your confidence to pursue continuous improvement in performance and development through on-the-job training, a support network, and an introduction to our company, business, and values.

  2. New Employee Development Program (NEDP)

    NEDP is our training program designed to help recent college graduates develop and hone skills learned in the classroom. This is achieved through challenging assignments in various locations, mentoring, and formal classroom instruction to build technical and interpersonal skills.

  3. Professional Development

    We help you define professional development goals that align with achieving your work unit’s business objectives. After NEDP, our technical employees participate in establishing development plans, taking advantage of technical and non-technical training and opportunities for career growth.

  4. On-The-Job Education

    As you work, you will learn, and this will establish the knowledge, skills, and attributes to keep you competitive.
